LovTail makes premium pet furniture, accessories and plant-based dog food for Indian homes – sofa beds, raised beds, round plush beds, teepees, caves, floor mats, feeders, pillows and carrier slings. LovTail is a brand of Balaji Home Decor Pvt. Ltd., Agra.

Choosing the right size
How do I pick the right bed size?
Measure your pet from nose to tail while they are lying down, then add about 15 cm. Every bed page shows its exact dimensions, the pet weight it suits and example breeds. Tap “Which size fits my pet?” on the product page, pick your breed or enter your pet's weight, and we'll select the best size for you.
My dog likes to stretch out. Which size should I choose?
Go one size up, or choose a rectangular or raised bed instead of a round one. Round beds are best for pets who curl up.
Are your beds suitable for cats?
Yes. Look for the “For cats” badge on the product page, or browse all cat products. Teepees and caves are especially loved by cats.

Care & cleaning
How do I clean my pet bed?
Care differs by product, so please check the care instructions on each product page. Most plush and sofa-style beds should be spot cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent and air dried – do not machine wash or bleach them. Products marked Washable, like our floor mats, can be washed as described on their page.

What is in LOVTAIL dog food?
LOVTAIL is 100% plant based, made with plant proteins such as pea, chickpea and soy, enriched with flaxseed oil, vitamins and minerals, and free from artificial colours, preservatives and flavours.
Which food should I choose?
Choose Puppy food for puppies from 2 months, and Adult dog food for dogs from 1 year. Follow the feeding guide on the pack and switch foods gradually over a week.
Orders & delivery
Do you charge for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on all orders across India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery within India usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping policy.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking ID by email/SMS. See Order tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking and digital wallets through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return or exchange most products within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom items, clearance items and opened food packs can't be returned.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. See our Return & refund policy.
