LovTail is a brand of Balaji Home Decor Pvt. Ltd. We want you and your pet to love every purchase. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
7-day easy returns
- You can return most products within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags, packaging and accessories.
- Exchanges for a different size or colour are available within the same 7 days, subject to stock.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
- If your product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video, including the outer box.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Items that cannot be returned
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Products bought in clearance or final-sale offers.
- Pet food packs that have been opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Products that are used, washed, chewed or damaged after delivery.
How to return
- Email lovtailindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp 9520666401 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
- Please pack the product securely so it is not damaged on the way back.
Refunds
- After the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer.
Cancellations
- You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been dispatched.
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
