LovTail, a brand of Balaji Home Decor Pvt. Ltd., offers free shipping on all orders across India. There are no delivery charges at checkout.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- You will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS once your order is placed.
Delivery timelines
- Estimated delivery within India is 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability or unforeseen courier delays.
Tracking
- We ship with reputed courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID by email/SMS.

Risk of loss
- All items are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery.
Incorrect address & failed delivery
- Please give us an accurate, complete shipping address and phone number.
- If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available after repeated attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.
International shipping
- Currently, LovTail ships only within India.
Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns or courier disruptions. We will keep you informed if your order is delayed.
